Virtual Karate Fitness Classes

Virtual Fitness Classes ran until the end of May, 2020 and have now concluded.   If you are still interested then please watch for more announcements of a possible return in a once per week format.

Need PE credits?
This fitness program is designed for elementary and middle/high school aged kids.  They can log credits for their school PE requirements with these classes!  Parents can participate too if they wish.

The form for registration is here:   Virtual Fitness Classes Registration Form

Elementary school aged kids: Tuesdays/Thursdays 1-1:30 PM.
Middle/high school aged kids: Tuesdays/Thursdays 1:45-2:30.

If you can attend only 1x per week, no problem! No equipment is necessary - exercises will be using their own body weight.
The program is supervised by the chief instructor of the karate school, Donna Gardecki, Kinesiologist and Master's graduate in Physical Education.
Classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainer and Sport Studies student, Mason G-Browett.

Only parents can register their kids for this program - kids can not register themselves.  The program uses Zoom conferencing (with new security features) and the same link will be used for the entire duration of the program (10 sessions). Parents register with their unique email address and specify the email address that will be used to allowadmission into the training session.

Payment for the session is by donation
Get fit, log those credits and support a small business all at the same time!
