Canada Day Demonstrations

Canada Day was especially exciting for us this year. We were invited to perform a demonstration at the Coquitlam Canada Day celebrations. We showed an enthusiastic crowd a variety of the exercises and skills that we work on in our classes.

Although the temperatures were well above 30 C everyone was able to perform with energy and enthusiasm.
