Summer Camp this year was hosted by Shima Karate in Nanaimo, with over 100 Karateka attending. 3 of our members took the opportunity to challenge the Dan exams and we are proud to say that they were all successful.

Camp this year included a special conditioning and skill portion which allowed those who intend to compete at the 2017 World Gojukai competitions to establish performance baselines to measure their progress. For those who will not be competing it provided an opportunity to challenge themselves and see how well they could do.
Everyone finished the day tired and satisfied.
